Timothy M Miller

Dr. Timothy Miller is a fellowship trained academic neurologist and neuromuscular specialist with greater than a decade of increasing leadership experience in the biotechnology industry, weaving together knowledge, novel science, and field action to meet the needs of patients with a variety of rare/orphan diseases. 

Dr. Miller believes leading sizable teams of medical professionals to critical success in US and Global medical markets has been his greatest achievement in the pharmaceutical industry. He has done this across multiple projects & therapeutic areas designed to improve patient outcomes and meet the needs of the business. Dr. Miller has also focused diligently to the development of true leaders in the space on his teams with the ultimate goal of delivering the next generation of strong, passionate leaders, positioned for the medical and corporate needs of the future. 

Dr. Miller has worked directly in areas including specialty medicines, thyroid oncology, nephrology, neurology, genetics and cardiology and indirectly with leaders and teams focused to inflammation, dermatology, and multiple sclerosis. Through this work, Dr. Miller has gained significant experience managing increasing corporate budgets, including nearly $30M USD for headcount and programming, patient advocacy programs, registry related work, corporate communication, significant medical education and grants programming and publications work. 

In over 20 years in academics and industry, Dr. Miller believes his most important impact has been in interacting with and leading individuals and teams to achieve greater success in work focused to optimizing the health outcomes of patients dealing with serious diseases.
